Pay: $15.00 during contract period.
Recruiters with bonus will generate potential income of $45-60K depending on results upon going direct and building book of business.
Hours: 7 am-330pm Mon-Friday

Sales Background and Recruiting experience preferred,
Phone skills-communication
Job Duties:
- Calling resumes off job postings, introducing company, explanation of income/training to Sales Reps, setting up phone screens for Mgr.
- All phone recruitment, nationwide sourcing
Experience:
- 3yrs Recruiting and Sales (Sales specifically outbound cold calling)
