About this job
The Restorative Nursing Assistant (RA) provides person-centered, individualized restorative care to long term/temporary residents under the direction of the Physical Therapy Department (includes PT, OT, ST) and the Resident Care Managers. Applicants must possess knowledge of restorative techniques, knowledge and consistent observance of universal precautions, current infection control techniques and a consistent awareness of safety. Must have the ability to coach and train CNAS on restorative techniques. Must have Nursing Aide certification with a minimum one year experience as a CNA. Restorative Aide training and experience preferred.
