As a Shift Supervisor, you will be leading the team through openings and closings, rushes, and other activities as it relates to the daily operation of your store. Primarily, you will act as a gateway to excellence at honeygrow by ensuring a best of class experience for both your team and your guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Demonstrates integrity, honesty, knowledge, and the ability to exceed expectations for both guests and team members while promoting the culture, values and mission of honeygrow.
* Maintains and models a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events; continues to keep store successfully operating and sets a positive example for the shift team by leading from the front, including peak and off-peak dayparts.
* Responsible for managing the opening and closing procedures during respective shift.
* Maintains a clear line of communication with the General Manager, Assistant Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Safety & Training Captains relative to store operations. This includes recognizing store or equipment maintenance issues, changes in team member morale and/or performance and sets a positive attitude for the team during his or her shift.
* Lead pre-shift sessions prior to shift engagement.
* Participate in the training and development, as necessary, of new and existing team members.
* Maintain a high level of customer service via extraordinary hospitality and Ensuring both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) cleanliness and appearance as it relates to store fixtures, furniture, equipment, kitchen, exterior of our portion of the building, alleyway / dumpster maintenance, windows, etc.
* Maintaining operations by executing policies and standard operating procedures as directed by the GM.
* Aiding in meeting benchmarked P&L objectives by working with the GM in implementing financial goals and objectives as it relates to food cost, labor cost, and any other expense associated with the operation of the respective Restaurant.
* Supervising inventory relative to daily activity as necessary. This includes checking invoices for correct pricing, and working with the Kitchen Manager to ensure correct food and equipment practices are being maintained.
* Ensuring food integrity with line checks and monitoring all ingredients to guarantee that food served on the line complies with Restaurant prep and quality standards.
* Aid in administrative work such as Nightly Reporting Package and any other paperwork relative to daily operations.
* Assisting in the oversight of cash management and ensuring accountability for best cash management practices at the store level.
* Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by following and enforcing sanitation standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Serve Safe Certification.
* Strong food prep experience.
* Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week.
* Ability to patiently and diligently train new and inexperienced hires.
* Ability to lead team members through production management needs.
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
