Job Description: Selected individuals will be responsible for loading and unloading concrete beams from one jobsite to the other using extended lifts on the forklifts. Work will be conducted at a construction site.
Pay Rate: $11.00/hour for Front End Loader - $12.16/hour for Backhoe Operator
Shift/Hours: 1st shift – Mon – Fri – 8 to 10 hours a day!
Job Requirements:
- Must have certification for forklift, front end loader or backhoe operator.
- At least 3 years of experience
- Learn and follow safety regulations.
- Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions, such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, or falling objects.
- Monitor operations to ensure that health and safety standards are met.
- Start engines, move throttles, switches, or levers, or depress pedals to operate machines, such as front end loaders or backhoes.
- Coordinate machine actions with other activities, positioning or moving loads in response to hand or audio signals from crew members.
- Load and move concrete beams or other materials
- Check fuel supplies at sites to ensure adequate availability.
Ideal Candidates:
- Adhere to safety at all times
- Have reliable transportation to get to/from job site
- Excellent attendance
