About this job

To provide S.U.P.E.R. service to all Rita's Guests to maintain product quality, maximize store sales and profits, in addition to upholding Rita's standards in all aspects of the operation.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Rita's Mission Statement

Adhering to all guidelines and procedures outlined in the Treat Team Handbook such as:

Maintaining proper uniforms and presentation
Informing management when inventory levels fall low
Adhering to all cash handling procedures
Maintaining the proper consistencies of ice in the dip boxes and reporting improper consistencies to management
Ensuring product quality at all times
Adhering to portioning as well as packaging guidelines
Pumping the ice every 30 minutes
Maintaining the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the building according to the daily store maintenance checklist
Keeping the equipment clean and report all problems to management
Addressing all operational, equipment and team concerns to management in a timely and professional manner

Guest Service:

Arriving to work on time and maintain personal schedule
Wearing the proper Rita's approved work uniform
Supporting corporate marketing campaigns by educating Guests about the programs
Promoting sampling at the window
Educating Guests on the full Rita's product line
Following S.U.P.E.R. Service Guidelines
Completing all responsibilities as appointed by the manager on duty
Participating in and support all team incentive programs in the store
Attending and participating in all team meetings/rallies
