This is FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY and the perfect position for you if you have problem-solving Customer Service Experience. We are seeking candidates to train for placement at MidAmerican Energy's call center in downtown Davenport, IA. Training is scheduled to begin on September 16th, 2014. Training wage is $12.00 an hour. Good Pay raise given once hired by MidAmerican Energy. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, thorough computer knowledge, proficient math skills and the ability to work well with customers. The Call Center is committed to great customer service and due to their commitment to customers, the center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays and weekends. WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FROM CANDIDATES WHO ARE AVAILABLE FOR 2ND and 3RD SHIFTS (who are available to TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT) including weekends and holidays, and are able to work overtime. Position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. A thorough Background check and Drug screen is required.
