The Local Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing the local Marketing plans for the Optum Local
Care Delivery business. This position
will be principally focused on tactically deploying local Marketing programs
that quantitatively deliver qualified leads and retain existing patients while
building the brand locally.



 



The Local Marketing
Specialist will report into Optum Marketing, but will focus their energy
and attention in moving the Optum Local Care Delivery business forward within Arizona
each and every day.



  



Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop
    a working understanding and comprehensive utilization of Analytical Marketing
    and Segmentation models, locally.
  • Execute
    comprehensive rigor that focuses locally on delivering qualified leads and retaining patients to maximize ROI.
  • Partner
    with ROI/Analytics, Internal creative sources, and CRM colleagues to leverage comprehensive
    tools & processes.
  • Evaluate
    campaign level results via Analytical reporting and own the development for
    future, strategic Marketing initiatives.
  • Execute
    local strategies and plans to deliver qualified leads, as well as retaining
    existing patients (with distribution).
     
  • Become fluent in value propositions delivered to Field Marketing
    Organization and Health Plan Broker partners, locally.
  • Deploy practice-level tactical support with prioritized Primary
    Care Physician, per local Marketing Manager.
  • Support new Market development and local Primary Care Physician
    recruitment within operating business.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years of complex Project Management experience..
  • 2+ years of experience in an Analytical role within a corporate environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Healthcare Industry.
  • Experience with Physician groups and inner workings of Physician practices.
