Distribution Center Associates

Fast-paced distribution center in Ashland, VA is seeking qualified candidates to help fill several positions throughout the facility. This position, which may vary depending on specific job assignment, performs tasks associated with the storage, process and shipment of product using tools, equipment (including RF Scanners), and technologies related to inbound and outbound processes within the center.

Candidates must be flexible for 1st and 2nd shifts and Sundays (required).

Functions may include, but are not limited to:

• Loading, unloading, put-away, picking, packing, replenishing, shipping, etc.

• Perform necessary housekeeping duties in order to maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment.

• Meet expectations for safety, quality, productivity and attendance.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• 1 yr of verifiable work experience in a distribution setting or other faced-paced, customer-driven field.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds through the entire shift.

• Have reliable transportation

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Clean criminal background with no felonies ever; some misdemeanors considered over 7 years, no repeated traffic offenses.
