Business Development Representative - Fremont




The Business Development Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining beverage volume and profit through new and existing customers in the on premise sector of business (managed service, restaurant, bar and vending).

Location

The Business Development Representative position is based out of the Fremont branch.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is first shift starting at 8:00 am to finish. Monday to Friday.

Position Responsibilities
  1. Solicit and qualifies new customers for managed services, vending or on premise.
  2. Develop, plan and execute profitable volume-building activities with targeted accounts.
  3. Implement channel specific plans.
  4. Review company asset placements on basis of volume and return on investment for qualifying new accounts.
  5. Manage account profiles and call schedules via route book system for current customers and target customers.
  6. Responsible for measurement systems of profitability and volume within the assigned territory.
  7. Manage territory within assigned Marketing and Operating Budgets.
  8. Develop and execute total Business Plan for assigned territory.
  9. Develop relationships with targeted accounts to maximize potential.

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 3 years beverage or managed services experience
  • 1 year of previous package goods, outside, or systems sales experience
  • 3 years experience with Microsoft Office
  • Pass a drug test, criminal background, verifiable employment verification, social security, and motor vehicle record check
