Responsibilities

• Install and remove window presentations including propping, mannequins, fashion and lighting
• Build store promotional displays for events
• Maintain an eye for detail with regard to design, composition, merchandising and execution of quality and details
• Promote sales through creative merchandising and styling
• Ensure compliance of corporate signing program
• Partner with department managers in planning and implementing merchandise presentations
• Educate departments on styling tables, back walls and merchandising
• Maintain cleanliness and order according to safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent, preferred
• Experienced in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends and styles
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic construction skills in building and assembly of visual props preferred
• Ability to use ladders, drills, box knives and other miscellaneous tools
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Basic math and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency and comfortable learning new computer applications
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs
