As a Customer Support Analyst you will work with the team to provide direct support and analysis for more complex servicing issues within the Global Ecommerce business This helps our client by providing an outstanding customer experience while improving operational effectiveness. This position is located in Salt Lake City, UT.

The Job:
  • Provide on-site Tier 2 support for one of our largest global ecommerce clients, to resolve more complex customer issues.
  • Monitor trends and collect performance data on customer service functions.
  • Work various customer service issues and perform root cause analysis, making recommendations for solutions to automate, mitigate and resolve customer impacting issues.
  • Perform quality audits to determine training or process improvements and monitor trouble ticket dashboard.
  • Help identify enhancements to tools currently utilized by the customer service organizations, working with appropriate internal stakeholders to document requirements and work to implement approved changes.


Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years customer service experience including direct customer contact and relationship building.
  • Parcel and International shipping logistics background required.
  • Outstanding customer interaction skills, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to deal with all levels of an organization
  • Excellent computer skills including but not limited to intermediate or advanced excel skills, word, powerpoint, outlook, trouble ticket and CRM systems
