Manpower is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Rep (3-5 years) in Phoenix, AZ! In this position, you will receive inbound calls from Advisors and clients who have service related issues.
Job Responsibilities:
*Create a strong working relationship with Advisors and their assistants.
*Educates advisors where to find online information.
*Process incoming on line requests from Advisors and resolve requests in a timely manner.
*Log transactions into CRM system for most inbound calls
*Work with peers and management to resolve issues.
*Pay close attention to detail, process work accurately.
*Exercising the appropriate judgment when escalated issues may require a supervisor or manager.
*Ability to communicate with other business units within the Advisor Group to resolve advisors concerns and issues.
*Analyze problems and follow through to resolution.
*Use a collaborative effort to work through business matters with other business units to assure satisfaction of the needs of our advisors.
*Meet quality and production goals.
*Strong interaction with clearing firm and external vendors on routine brokerage account platform questions.
*Assist with other projects as needed.
*Provide peer to peer training.
*Keeping up to date on changes to industry and business processes.
Skills and Experience:
*1 to 2 years of experience in call center or Technical Support related areas
*Proficient with, windows Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet
*Series 7 license preferred but not necessary
*Ability to verbally communicate effectively with the Advisors regarding service issues.
*Ability to read and interpret company policies, operations manuals, Pershing manuals, and technical guides.
*Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate percentage.
*Ability to calculate interest, reinvestments, trade figurations, and commissions.
*Strong focus on customer service, flexibility, attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a multi-task environment.
*Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Legacy back office systems.
Physical Demands:
*Regularly required to sit, use hands to touch and feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and listen. Required to stand and walk.
*Required to lift up to 10 pounds.
*Vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to focus.
