Bilingual Spanish/English-Clerical Support

Manpower has a rewarding career opportunity within a renowned regional non-profit helping people gain control of their finances and achieve financial wellness. You will be assisting both Spanish and English speaking clients that are in need of debt management services. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, $12 to $14 per hour to start. Responsibilities include: Entering client payments into database. Contacting client credit card/collection agencies to set up payment plans. Developing and maintaining client debt management plan. Ongoing client and creditor contact. Funds processing, disbursements, and reporting. Extensive phone, email and mail communication with client and creditors.
