We are currently accepting applications for the following PART-TIME positions. APPLY NOW ONLINE for one of these positions.

Customer Service Associates

• Responsible for creating an exceptional customer service environment and ensuring customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Reinforces service desk standards and resolves customer problems by following policies and procedures. Balances and processes refunds and media from sales and return registers, processes cash deposits and currency orders and completes daily reports.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service or cash balancing and processing. Ten-key calculator skills. Knowledge of Windows-based PC environment, basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting and good verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable walking or standing during entire shift. Able to lift 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis. Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Operations Associates

• Responsible for the truck unloading process and stocking all new incoming freight onto the sales floor. Will also prepare the store for receiving merchandise, fixtures and supplies for the selling floor. Responsible for moving and stocking merchandise from the unloading area to the sales floor and stock room areas. Assists in processing incoming/outgoing transfers and returns to vendor. Follows company Freight Unloading and Merchandising “Best Practices.”
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience receiving, handling and merchandising in a retail or warehouse/distribution environment. Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and good verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable walking or standing during entire shift. Able to lift able to lift 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis. Must be available to work flexible hours, mainly 5 a.m.-2:30 p.m.,* including weekends.

Point of Sale Associates

• Responsible for greeting customers, opening new Kohl’s Charge accounts, operating a cash register and processing customers’ purchases accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale. Maintains a neat, clean and organized register area.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in sales, customer service and other areas interacting with the public. Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting and good verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable walking or standing during entire shift. Able to lift 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis. Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends

Sales Associates

• Greets customers and offers assistance as needed. Assists in store recovery and executing merchandising/operational functions to company standards and guidelines. Backs up cashiers as needed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in sales, customer service and other areas interacting with the public. Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and good verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable walking or standing during entire shift. Able to lift 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis. Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Jewelry Consultants

• Serves as department expert in regards to merchandising, service and operational procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in sales, customer service and other areas interacting with the public. Working knowledge of computer basics. Basic math and reading skills and above-average verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable walking or standing during entire shift. Able to lift 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis. Must be available Sunday-Saturday for 8-hour shifts anytime from 6 a.m.-12:30 a.m.

Beauty Advisors (Full and Part-Time Positions)

• Serves as department expert in regards to merchandising, service and operational procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in sales, customer service and other areas interacting with the public. Working knowledge of computer basics. Basic math and reading skills and above-average verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable walking or standing during entire shift. Able to lift 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis. Must be comfortable applying makeup to customers and educating them on our cosmetic products. Must be available Sunday-Saturday for 8-hour shifts anytime from 6:00am-12:30am.
