Aerotek is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our clients in the Portland area. These positions are immediate needs, only local candidates will be considered at this time.

Job Responsibilities:
-Respond to telephone calls, instant messages, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
-Performs a variety of general administrative/office activities.
-Follow up on closed support tickets to ensure customer satisfaction.

Must have:
-2+ years customer service experience
-1+ year(s) experience with email and phone follow up
-1+ year(s) experience troubleshooting basic computer/helpdesk issues
