Centralized Attendant Service (CAS) Telephone Operator - California Regional Office

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally receiving and responding to incoming telephone calls from customers and coworkers.
• Assist customers by answering questions and transferring telephone calls to departments and stores in a professional and efficient manner
• Support store operations by being a general resource for customers and employees
• Provide a strong knowledge of store, departments, services and events
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Perform basic data entry functions
• Work as a team player in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
• Customer service experience required
• Professional speaking voice
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs
