Associate Finance Director

• Interact and manage financial outcomes delivered by other areas.


• Establish relationships with senior management of departments and segments to ensure lines of communication and information sharing are open.


• Effectively communicate upward in the finance organization regarding initiatives, operations and strategies


• Lead a team of Financial Analysts


• Develop, implement and maintain processes and procedures for accurate and timely analysis of financial data, ensuring best practices


• Develop and maintain internal control structure and procedures for financial reporting


• Resolve high level financial reporting issues


• Oversee the preparation and analysis of internal and external reporting ensuring the quality, reliability and timeliness of the reports


• Summarize findings on the monthly, quarterly or annual reports to senior management, auditors and regulators


• Coordinates and supports the Company's strategic and operational planning


• Support various special projects as required

• 
  
  BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or related field 


• 
  
  MBA a plus


• 
  
  7+ years financial and operational experience


• 
  
  3+ years management experience


• 
  
  Exceptional financial acumen and P&L manangement skills
