As a Program Administrative Coordinator with CA Mentor you’ll be one of those special people.

Program Administrative Coordinators are a critical link to the community for those we serve, as well as serving as a bridge between our direct care and clinical staff to ensure the seamless delivery of services to the individuals we support.

CA Mentor is seeking a Program Administrative Coordinator to plan, monitor and coordinate the daily planning and operations of a program providing services. This role will coordinate and schedule program activities consistent with consumer personal support / habilitation plans and communicating with the staff, consumers, parents / guardians, and team members to ensure that appropriate services and supports are provided.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Four-year college degree preferred in a related field.
  • Two years of related experience in the human services field required.
