Every person needs the support of others, but we look for very special people to support children with emotional, behavioral or medical complexities. As a Mentor Recruitment and Recertification Coordinator with Alabama MENTOR you’ll be one of those special people.
Alabama MENTOR is seeking a Mentor Recruitment and Recertification Coordinator to recruit Mentors and coordinate the certification and recertification process. This individual will conduct home study evaluations, make recommendations to management and ensure documentation is complete and accurate. The Mentor Recruitment and Recertification Coordinator will also coordinate meetings and trainings for certified Mentors.
QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Services or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of related Human Services experience required
- Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
