Resident Security Coordinator

This is a working supervisory position. the appropriate candidate must be willing to work alone and alongside of those he/she manages. This is primarily evening work that consists of protecting the grounds and facilities from the beginning of the security shift until events end and all guests and staff have left the property. The Resident Security Coordinator is provided on site housing and serves as the first line of contact for security and fire emergencies when the Garden is closed for visitation and events. Spectrum of duties range from securing, locking and alarming all buildings and sweeping the Garden nightly to ensure visitors have exited the grounds, to controlling traffic into the Gardens parking lots during highly visited events that can surpass 6000 guests.
