We are looking for a few individuals that believe it is a privilege to be in the service of others (customers and staff), and that have a proven history in consultative sales.

We have a challenging but rewarding opportunity for an experienced consultative retail sales leader to drive sales and deliver remarkable customer experiences through leading by example for an entire consumer electronics department in a well-known big box retailer!

What do we need?

We are searching for a customer relationship builder with quantifiable success in meeting sales and team goals, while leading a consumer electronics department (television, audio, gaming, and computing)

This is a “working manager” position that requires execution of leadership duties, while simultaneously meeting personal and department sales goals.

We look for at least 2 years of proven success utilizing a consultative sales approach, a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), the ability to build, inspire, and foster business relationships at multiple levels, and a demonstrated strength in employee coaching and leading by example.

Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
