About this job

JOB DUTIES:
*Listens, analyzes, and responds in a professional, courteous, accurate and helpful manner to phone inquiries from internal/external customers.
* Greets and engages the caller in a conversational manner.
* Exhibits excellent customer service by multitasking (typing and speaking) while assisting each customer with a positive, bright attitude. Assists the last customer of the day the same as the first. Remains professional and calm in difficult situations.
* Educates members about their health insurance coverage.
* Requests may include: Address Changes, Cancellations, Miscellaneous Cash, Student Status Questionnaires, Roll-Over Requests, Deductible Downgrades, Effective Date Changes, Reinstatements, Returned Checks & Drafts.
* Accomplishes this work by utilizing a variety of databases and systems and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and exhibits high accuracy.
* Acts as a liaison for internal/external customers working with them to resolve issues.
* Contacts customer by phone or in writing when necessary to clarify the customer's request or to obtain additional information.

NEED:
-Fluency in English AND Spanish (written/oral)
-Customer service experience
-Shift flexibility, 7AM-7PM, M-F
-Ability to learn multiple computer systems
