Performs maintenance and repair of industrial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment requiring dexterous use of hands and both hand and power tools.
Job Requirements
This position requires a valid driver's license.
At least 2 years of experience working in the Hotel Engineering field or an Apartment Complex.
Extensive knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and kitchen repair.
Requires lifting 50 - 75 pounds, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, balancing, carrying, seeing, speaking, walking, reaching, pushing, pulling, handling, feeling and fingering.
Technical Requirements:
Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Must be able to work independently.
Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
Excellent people skills.
Must meet grooming standards.
We provide a substance free environment. Substance testing is mandatory.
