Looking for a position in the Clerical Field? We have an opening for a Claim Administrator for a local truck company. This job entails investigating loss and damage cargo claims and performing administrative functions in the Freight/ Cargo department. The perfect candidate should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. Good customer service telephone skills, as well as good written communication skills are necessary. The right candidate should be good at paying attention to detail, be highly motivated, be able to work independently as well as with a group, and be able to be flexible to adjust to department changes and needs as they arise. Claim processing experience and knowledge of transportation terminology is preferred. We are also willing to train!
