Customer Service Representative Job Description:
- Fielding inbound and outbound calls working for Telecommunications and Health Care Clients
- Collecting past due balances for service provided by client via processing payments.
- Conflict resolution and entering customer data into databases
- Heavy data entry and database navigating
- Maintain highest level of customer service
- Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills (Must be able to type 40 words per minute)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft office (outlook, word, excel)
- Ability to Multi Task and navigate multiple web pages at a time
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
Schedule:
2nd Full Time, and Part-Time positions available
Compensation:
$12 per Hour for Part time and $12.50 for 2nd shift full time
*Once you go perm after 90 days- You can make $13-$15 with commission per hour
