Job Scope

Service accounts within a defined territory to include achievement of target level volumes in new loan originations and revenue growth while minimizing rate of delinquencies and write offs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and pursue business development opportunities through marketing promotion, direct calls, relationship building, etc. within defined territory
  • Conduct servicing of accounts and generation of new accounts in ways that achieve volume and targets in all inventory and product types
  • Conduct ongoing review of assigned portfolio to minimize loan exposure
  • Conduct ongoing assessment of collections including performing on-site dealer audits and documenting collection efforts
  • Coordinate and participate in collateral repossessions
  • Provide assistance with field collection effort s and resolution of field audits
  • Maintain ongoing awareness of and adherence to all policies, procedures and audit guidelines related to portfolio management and control
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Education & Specialized Knowledge
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • College Degree preferred Knowledge
  • General knowledge of automotive and finance business
  • Skills in selling and sales management, negotiation, time management and ability to function in fast paced work environment
  • 5 years’ in sales and portfolio management preferred
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in finance or auto industry preferred
