We are aggressively building a best-in-class Assistant Manager team and are currently seeking exceptional full time Assistant Managers for the location at 1 Midway Shopping Center, Rehoboth, DE 19971.

Our Assistant Managers play a vital role in restaurant operations by providing a hospitable environment and ensuring a satisfactory experience of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that guests receives outstanding service
• Understand all in store marketing promotions
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve restaurant performance
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by a manager
• Second-in-command of the manager, making sure all systems run smoothly and efficiently. On occasions when the manager is absent, they are officially in charge
• Train and develop the store associates to deliver excellent guest services
• Conduct restaurant inventories
• Manage the restaurant daily cash deposits and reporting requirements

Pay and Benefits:
