The COLLECTION MANAGER position is available for someone who can assist customers with payment solutions, sales, and customer service, and assist with general store functions including deliveries, service calls, product assembly, and merchandising, when needed. The Collection Manager works closely with the Store Manager to meet sales and revenue goals, as well as implement marketing and growth plans. In this position, you will manage customer accounts, ensuring that company standards for renewals, delinquencies and store collections are satisfied. In addition, the Collection Manager works with the store's team to meet company standards for quality, customer service and safety.
Applicants must possess the ability to learn quickly, have some background in retail or restaurant management, strong interpersonal skills, outstanding math and verbal skills, be able to work at least 45 hours a week, and be highly self-motivated. You must be able to work week days, evenings and weekends as business dictates. You must also be able to pass an employment background check and drug screen; have clean driving record; be able to lift over 40 lbs. Bi-lingual a plus!! Starting pay for this position is $10/hr. Rate of pay is based on experience.
