We are currently hiring experienced Manufacturing Assistants in the Seymour, IN area for Valeo, a major automotive parts manufacturer!  Valeo produces lighting systems such as head lamps and tail lights for leaders in the automotive industry.  1st, 2nd and 3rd shift positions are available.  As a Manufacturing Assistant with Valeo, you have the opportunity to work for a world class company. As a Manufacturing Assistant you will be responsible for:

- the operation of Injection Molding Machines
- Quality control and inspection
 

In this Manufacturing Assistant position you should:

- be able to lift 40 to 80lbs throughout shift and stand entire time
- be able to work in a fast paced environment
- have strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- be able to work a flexible schedule (overtime and weekends) and any shift 1st, 2nd or 3rd


Ideal Candidates will:

- have previous experience in industrial, manufacturing or warehouse environments
- the ability to deal with constantly changing details
- be committed to safety and quality
- have exceptional attendance
