As a Restaurant Manager you are committed to overseeing the overall store condition, store cleanliness, foodservice, customer service and merchandising. You have a knack for motivating and coaching others. You always aim high and it reflects in the way you directly supervise your team members.
As a Restaurant Manager you will:
- Reporting to the Assistant General Manager
- Increase sales within the company, expanding markets, and promoting Stripes
- Analyzing and calculating food service consumption
- Hire and train top performing sales team members
- Prepare your teams work schedules
To do this job well, you'll need:
- Experience with using Microsoft Word and Excel documents
- Your A-list management skills and approachable persona to the table to keep your team members humming
- Enthusiasm for Stripes. It is contagious and it will be up to you to motivate your Team Members by encouraging our Core Values
- A High School diploma or GED
- A work ethic that thrives with minimal supervision
- Availability to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 1 year of food supervisory experience; and 2-5 years of retail, fast food or sales experience
