StartDate: 08/11/2014Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $28.00 - 31.00
Home healthcare company is seeking a self starting, highly motivated Registered Nurse to join the team. RN will treat an Adult and Geriatric population seeing approximately 5-6 patients per day. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment
The home health nurse provides care in the patient’s place of residence with a variety of responsibilities that includes wound care, medication, patient assessment, and disease treatment and prevention education. Case management duties are sometimes included. The level of intricacy and required course of treatment for each patient's medical condition determines whether care is provided by an RN or LPN (LPNs are licensed to work under the supervision of an RN after one year of specialized training).
Required Qualifications
-RI or Compact license
-2+ years homecare experience
-Oasis C
-Electronic documentation (McKesson)
Preferred Qualifications
-BSN
