Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, organize own work to insure deadlines are met, good time management skills, ability to work independently and as an active team member. 
  • Able to adapt to rapidly changing conditions, seeks ways to improve the process, demonstrates creativity, and seeks out alternatives to solve problems before they become obstacles. 
  • Basic editing skills.
  • Able to bend and lift 40lbs or more and transport shipment to location for delivery.
  • Late nights and overtime may be required as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, takes initiative, self-starter, flexible in role and resourceful.
  • Responsible for the daily support of the sales function to minimize the administrative work of producers. Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting sales data, communicating changes to sales plans, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, communicating pricing data, and managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities. Works closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales recruiting, goal setting, training and onboarding, troubleshooting order processing issues and producer requests, and sales-related information systems and procedures.
  • Complete project work as assigned accurately and within specified deadline.
  • Provide additional support coordinating officer signature documents. 
  • Act
    as back-up for the Production Supervisor as requested, including case
    issue escalation to management to insure timely shipment of all
    proposals shipping that day and troubleshooting any mechanical issues
    with the production devices (printers, CD burners, etc.). Perform binder
    checks for production staff.
  • Participate in relevant training opportunities.
  • Moderate work experience within own function.
  • Some work is completed without established procedures.
  • Basic tasks are completed without review by others.
  • Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ year previous experience in a print production environment
  • 1+ year previous experience tracking and ordering office supplies and printing materials (i.e. ink, paper, etc)
  • Ability to utilize MS Word to create documents, edit documents, and update forms/templates, and using spell and grammar check tools
  • Ability to utilize MS Excel to perform data entry, sorting, filtering, formatting spreadsheets for printing, and entering infromation for tracking purposes
  • Ability to utilize PowerPoint to edit existing presentations and templates,  printing slides or presentations.
  • Previous experience utilizing Adobe Acrobat to convert Word documents to PDF's and editing PDF's.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Previous experience utilizing Salesforce databases
