JOB SUMMARY:
Provide exceptional guest service to all MT guests. Responsibilities include, greeting guests, salon tours, check in/check out, cash handling promoting MT services and products, selling add on services, gift certificates, and retail.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Book appointments based on specific service time requirements.
- Answer incoming calls using the standard greeting in a timely manner.
- Communicate current and ongoing promotional programs, services and packages to guests by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of spa/salon offerings.
- Utilize effective selling skills to promote add on services, gift certificate sales, and retail sales.
- Facilitate outstanding customer service to enhance the spa/salon experience for the guest.
- Support technicians by managing schedules, handling backlog and accommodating guests.
- Constant focus on maintaining updated guest files.
- Perform general duties as assigned by management in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times and comply with all Company policies.
- Responsible for meeting and achieving both individual and front desk sales goals.
- Active participation in the promotion of MT services and products
- Responsible for opening and closing the salon as needed, following MT protocols.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Reception desk, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent (English speaking) communication skills.
- Maintain high professional standards of service, appearance and behavior.
- Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- PC and keyboarding skills.
- Able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
- Available to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
