We are a family owned home improvement company located in Needham. We have a history of stability and providing a work environment and rewarding hard working, dependable people who are self-motivated and self-disciplined.
We are looking for individuals with excellent people skills and will do well in setting appointments for our sales staff. Besides a hourly pay rate, we want people who thrive on an incentive based system where those that do well make great money and those that are just doing enough to get by don't make a lot and don't stay. Our shift hours are around 15 hours a week (M-Th 5pm-8pm and Saturdays)
Knowledge and experience in the home improvement industry is also a plus but this position consists mainly of talking to people about our product and their needs and then setting up an appointment for a sales rep to go to their home for a free estimate. Again, we have an incentive based pay system that gives big monetary rewards to high producers. Our best people make $20 - $30 per hour working 10-15 hours per week.
