Founded in 1988, REM West Virginia provides an array of home and community-based services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Through flexible, person-centered services including residential and day programs, employment services, behavior management and other supports, REM West Virginia empowers individuals throughout the state to grow and succeed in the communities they call home.

REM Community Options is seeking a Program Director to manage the day to day operations of one to four programs in a community or small geographic area. Program Directors ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Program Director also manages, hires, trains and schedule staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred plus two to three years of experience in the human services industry
• Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
• For the State of Arizona, Behavior Health programs must meet BHT requirements
