The Sunrise Family of Companies, a national top ranked collection agency and customer service call center, established in 1974, is looking for call center, customer service representatives who are eager to grow with us.
Family oriented company offers part time leading to possible full time positions. We are open 8am-11pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays from 8am-2pm. Ability to make a flexible schedule. Shifts vary, non rotating permanent schedule!
Job Description
Hired candidates will be handling inbound or outbound customer service calls. Including repayment of small outstanding customer bills by phone for various companies, processing payments, and providing information on how to resolve customer concerns.
We are looking for candidates who can provide a positive customer experience, and work with consumers to solve their debt obligation or dispute.
This is a great opportunity for high school and college students, as well as people returning to the workforce.
No experience necessary. Must have completed at least two years of high school. Two to four weeks of on-site paid University modeled training.
