Downtown Raleigh Restaurant is looking for EXPERIENCED, dependable, reliable, and team oriented persons to join our staff from Mon-Fri and occasional weekends for the position of a cook. Restaurant is open from Mon-Fri 7AM - 2:30PM.
We Need A Cook Who Is Specifically Experienced In BOTH ASIAN & INDIAN COOKING in addition to American, Italian, and Spanish cuisines. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Additional Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Assisting in menu planning
- Understanding all the menu items along with an ability to explain them to customers accordingly.
- Preparing food neatly and in timely manner
- Cleaning and maintaining the work area at all the times.
- Restocking items to ensure sufficient supply throughout the shift.
- Following proper food handling, safety and sanitation standard for food preparation,
service and clean up.
