Sales/ Visual Associate - Gap Adult/Gap Kids/Gap Body - Village Corte Madera - Full-time / Part-time

Generates sales through a demonstrated passion for the brand, product and ability to engage with the customer. Member of the store team and executes work center strategies. Supports a variety of cross-functional tasks. The following describes the general nature and level of work but is not inclusive of all duties.

• Role models exceptional service behaviors through Gap Brand selling
• Ability to handle multiple customers in fast- paced environment
• Influence customer buying decisions through knowledge of quality, value and style
• Utilize selling tools including Gap Card, Reserve In Store and Find In Store
• Accountable to store and individual goals and results
• Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, upholds all Gap Inc. policies
• Contributes to a positive work environment for internal/external customer
• Maintains visual product standards including replenishment and sizing

Qualifications

• Excellent Selling Skills
• Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
• Excellent time management skills
• Six months of customer service experience preferred
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift and carry 30 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver around the store and stockroom
• Availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends and hours that meet the needs to of the business
