Aaron's, is seeking a professional, dynamic and goal driven Customer Service Representative. We are a national leader in the sales and lease ownership and specialty retailing of residential and office furniture, consumer electronics, home appliances and accessories. During your training as a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to show you have mastered the skills and understand the role of this position. Some of the skills you will learn are: Accept and process current customer payments. Input customer information into the store computer for new lease agreements. Process Order Forms and references. Maintain appearance of counter area. Assist in maintaining showroom. Update customer information in store's computer system. File & Maintain customer folders. Assist in store marketing programs. Other tasks assigned by management.

Other Requirements:

HIGH ENERGY LEVEL. Excellent interpersonal skills are required for daily customer contact. Professional appearance. Computer operations ability. Good communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent telephone etiquette. Strong sales skills-showroom and telephone. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen to be considered for this position.

We offer:

Hourly wage plus commission and bonuses. Extensive training programs through Aaron’s E-University, Five day work week with Sundays off! And another day during the week.
