Position Description:

In this position, you will be taking phone calls from Providers and sister segments. On these calls, you will process decision support tools from the Skilled Nursing facilities. You will work to process individualized Member Care Plans and perform Administrative tasks to support field-based Clinicians. You will also reconcile Member Payment responsibilities with the Skilled Nursing facilities. This is a very fast-paced Call Center environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Answer Inbound calls in a Call Center and document all calls.
  • Collaborate with Wellness Coaches and Nurses.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. 
  • Strong team player.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 1+ year of Call Center experience.
  • The ability to maintain Confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA Requirements.
  • Basic (or higher) level of Computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Medical or Healthcare experience.
  • Experience working professionally with Provider offices
  • Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology.
