Primary Responsibilities:
  • Generate
    leads by responding to general inquiry inbound calls, and making
    outbound calls using strong Consultative Sales skills to promote product
    features and benefits, prices and next step processes.
  • Assist in referrals to providers for obtaining a hearing test as the first step in the sales process.
  • Make
    outbound follow-up calls to customers who have provided hearing tests
    to advise them on their hearing device recommendations.
  • Close
    sales by building rapport, explaining the products and the service
    capabilities, overcoming objections and ensuring processes related to
    FDA requirements are met.
  • Provide order entry, payment collection and communication of FDA waivers.
  • Make full use of a CRM system to organize sales activities, lead tracking, customer follow up, and sales queues.
  • Acts as a product knowledge expert and overall brand champion for HealthInnovations hearing devices.
  • Provide Tier 1, basic education and support to first-time users on wearing and maintaining the hearing devices. 
  • Remain current on products and process knowledge.
  • Meet monthly sales performance goals.
  • Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards in a Call Center environment.
  • Shifts
    are within the hours of 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Central Time. Ideal
    candidates should have excellent Communication skills, Problem Solving
    skills, and a passion for assisting customers with their health care
    needs.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of previous Customer Service experience in a Corporate environment.
  • 1+ year of previous sales experience 
  • 1+ year of previous Alpha-Numeric data entry experience.
  • Basic (or higher) level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Mandarin.
