Position Description:

medical evaluation as the first step in getting that care. As an Engagement
Sales Specialist you will drive sales and revenue by engaging potential
customers in setting up a Care Plus evaluation appointment. It is a decision
that can dramatically improve the quality of their lives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain the Care Plus program and
generate interest in a Care Plus Evaluation. - Respond to inbound inquiries as a follow up to outbound calls, continuing to
answer questions in support of the sale of a Care Plus Evaluation. - Close the
Care Plus Evaluation sale by gaining a commitment for an evaluation appointment
using strong consultative sales skills to promote program features and
benefits, cost, and next step processes. - Schedule an
appointment in scheduling software and submit appointment confirmation mail or
email requests. - Utilize CRM
system to organize outbound lists, lead tracking, sales activity and customer
follow up. - Process
mailings for brochure requests and appointment confirmations. - Act as a
knowledge expert for the Care Plus evaluation process, remaining current on
program and process changes. - Meet monthly
sales performance goals. - Ensure
quality customer service for internal and external customers, solving problems
systematically using sound business judgment. - Maintain
timely, accurate documentation for all appropriate transactions. - Consistently
meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards in a
call center environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years experience in a sales or customer service role that includes experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Ability to utilize MS Word to create business correspondence, updating information within forms/templates, ability to utilize spell and grammar check tools
- Ability to utilize MS Excel for data entry, sorting, filtering, entering information into tables/reports
- Ability to utilize MS Outlook for e-mailing, calendar management, and creating e-mail archive folders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous healthcare industry experience
