Team Members are responsible for their own transportation to and from clients home.
Candidate must be professional in both appearance and demeanor.
Fluent English required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
-Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
-Greet and communicate with all clients according to company standards
-Anticipate and address client needs and the needs of their home
-Maintaing ongoing notes on client homes
-Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
-Speak with others using clear and professional language.
-Support and work with team to reach common goals when needed.
-Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
-Perform inspection of your own work.
-Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance.
-Maintain cleaning equipment.
-Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, stooping and repetitive motions.
-Stand, or walk for an extended period of time.
-Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Quality Supervisors.
This is a physically intense position. You MUST LOVE to clean, be very meticulous, fast, and detail minded.
