- Get paid off the total volume of sales for the given month; including sales you were not directly responsible for making! Tip: Build relationships and get employees selling for you when you aren't even there

- Recommend and select services based on customer needs and desires
- Answer questions regarding the service, technology used for service, and costs and benefits associated with them
- Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of current promotions
- A High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A smart-phone with Wi-Fi connection
- Access to a computer or device with a webcam for online interview
- Wireless, Telecom, Door-to-Door, and/or Quota based sales background
- Previous Sales, Retail, or related experience
- Bilingual language skills
