Manufacturing Assistant Job Description

Manufacturing Assistant will manually move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other general labor. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

 

•        Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer

•        Manufacturing assistant pack and unpack items to be stocked

•        Verify inventory by counting products

•        Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment

•        Manufacturing assistant sort cargo before loading and unloading

 

Ideal Manufacturing Assistant Candidates

•        Reliable transportation

•        Manufacturing, general labor or relevant experience preferred

•        High School Diploma / GED

•        Lift up to 50 lbs, stand 12 hour shifts

•        Committed to safety at all times

•        Excellent attendance

 

Pay Rate: $8.00 - $10.75 per hour

Shift/Hours: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available, 12 hour shifts
