Service Center Agent
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to the healthcare provider’s senior members.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Answer member questions regarding premiums, claims, payment status, providers in network, etc.
2. Receive calls from providers and brokers verifying coverage and status of payments.
3. Promote advocacy for the member and focus strongly on customer satisfaction and first call resolution.
4. Ensures servicing standards such as average speed of answer and accuracy of responses are adhered to on a daily/monthly basis.
5. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

• 1+ year(s) of customer service experience in an inbound or outbound call center environment preferred.
