PAY FOR PERFORMANCE....... I am looking for multiple skilled leaders to take control of our team, we have four locations. I am looking for individuals that are not intimidated by anyone when it comes time to give direction. Standards are everything! Great food, great service, in a clean restaurant is our recipe for success! We need high energy, great customer service, and someone that can drive a shift! If you are hired, you will start at $10 per hour and after 30 days when you make the team, you will make $12 per hour. If you are a Super Star, you will get the hours you want and the potential for more money. If you can bring FOH or BOH employees to strengthen our team, I will reward you with $100 per employee that makes the team (90 days required)!
