Summary

The Senior Call Center Trainer manages the roll-out of the Client’s call center training programs by building value add partnerships with each center while providing coaching and training support for a specified period of time.

Responsibilities:

Manage the roll-out of inbound call center training programs, utilizing a train-the-trainer approach with each partner and their individual site managers and trainers. Educate new and frontline managers on management techniques, using proven methods of coaching to success.

Establish strong relationships with all levels of sales center site leadership.

Tailor communication and learning styles for specific audiences to achieve desired results.

Develop trainers/team managers by improving facilitation skills and classroom effectiveness.

Evaluate trainer and trainee performance, making necessary changes to increase performance of the various sales center training organizations.

Act as subject matter expert and training content owner.

Provide feedback on how both Training and Communication materials are impacting the business.

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trainer in a Call Center environment.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably Training Manager Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to quickly build rapport with client managers and trainers.

Ability to make oral presentations.

Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained.

Ability to direct, lead, coach, and develop people Ability to travel, up to 75% Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Job Requirements:

Education

Required: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Sales/Brand Marketing/Customer Service/Call Center training.

Experience

5+ years of experience in customer service, call center training, sales training and/or brand marketing of consumer electronics products or services.

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

Office / Non-Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. May have possible exposure to dust, and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds 33% - 66% of the time.
