Client Support Coordinator

Summary:  The Client Support Coordinator/Junior Client Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Client Account Managers, Human Resources Division, Management, and Partners in the payroll, benefits, and human resource administration for the firm’s clients.  This is done through the Client Support Coordinators intention of keeping order and supporting other HR Knowledge Team Members in all areas of the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned as needed:

  • Processes employee enrollments, renewals, changes, and terminations for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other benefits programs
  • Prepares client new hire kits
  • Maintains the electronic files for our clients on the firm’s internal hard-drive, updating it on an ongoing basis
  • Assist and Process client payroll reports
  • Performs data entry and maintenance of all client employee information into ADP payroll systems
  • Inputs benefit administration data on carriers’ websites
  • Responds to external employees’ questions regarding benefits, policies, and any other issues if and when they arise
  • Answers client telephone calls and greets clients
  • Processes client paperwork
  • Completes monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports as is requested
  • Prepares various benefits, payroll, and other reports, as requested
  • Supports the Reconciliation Department in the scanning, filing, and storage of carrier billing and checks
  • Supports the HR Services team with a variety of projects
  • Performs general administrative support for all departments as needed
  • Works on special projects around the firm as is needed.
  • Other duties assigned on an as needed basis

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential task satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • ADP Payroll experience preferred
  • Must have strong administrative skills, excellent organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail
  • Developed computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be willing to learn, have strong initiative, and a drive for success
  • Works efficiently both independently and as a member of a larger team
  • Personable, a good listener, and able to effectively communicate with all staff and client types through both verbal and written means
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment and is skilled at balancing multiple duties and conflicting deadlines.
