The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks a Supply Chain Management IT Business Analyst for our Technology Services Group Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

The ERP Support Analyst acts as the liaison between the business partners and IT developers to insure understanding of defect or enhancement requirements. The analyst also keeps the business informed of the status of work in progress, required maintenance and any other issues that may impact day-to-day functionality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support Corporate and Regional end-users on application functionality

- Liaison between business owner and application developers on bug fixes, enhancements and customizations

- Troubleshoot process abends

- Coordinate system configuration with business owners and application administrators

- Proactively research and recommend system/process improvements

- Understanding of SQL statements for data capture and maintenance

- Provide on-call support to trouble-shoot process failures after normal business hours.

- Create and maintain training documentation for new software functionality.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/ YEARS OF MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
This position requires, but is not limited to, a broad knowledge of the PeopleSoft Financials application access, including Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Assets, Projects, Inventory, Purchasing, Expenses and Workflow. OnBase, Tidal, Vista Plus or Quality Center knowledge a plus; The ability to work across departmental and technical skill levels; The ability to learn new application requirements and disseminate that knowledge to users; Utilize Remedy ticketing and Quality Center project tracking for process analysis and reporting;

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/ YEARS OF MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Ability to translate business requirements into design specifications for developers Ability to communicate across many different levels and skill sets Must be highly organized with ability to multitask

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/ AND OR CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor ' s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.
